CriticalControl Cash Drawer is the complete end-of-day cash drawer
scanning & storage solution designed specifically for efficient, secure
processing of cheques and other teller documents.CriticalControl's Cash Drawer document solution allows bank and credit union staff to scan their
cheques and other daily cash drawer work onsite at each branch location.
The scanned images are automatically sent to a central repository at either the client's data center
to be stored on their server, or hosted by CriticalControl.
Documents are automatically archived by searchable criteria (Branch, date, teller ID).
Your staff are then able to retrieve documents by Branch, Date and Teller Number.
CriticalControl Cash Drawer can be installed in multiple branches.
Included in the CriticalControl Cash Drawer Solution
• The Kodak Scan Station 500 network scanner to enable the branch staff to scan their cheques
and other daily cash drawer work.
• CC ImageView software to store and retrieve the imaged documents.
CriticalControl Cash Drawer includes the following implementation, training, support
and maintenance services:
• On-site installation and configuration of all software components
and administrator training.
• Post implementation support.
• Monthly preventative maintenance of the solution through a secure
remote VPN connection. Includes monthly system operating reports.
• Installation & configuration of the Kodak scanners.
• Training of the appropriate tellers and support staff on the scanner
software's functionality.
• General administration.
